Just a few things to remember…

Friday: Spellings, homework journals and maths handed out

Wednesday: Swimming & Library day

Friday: Spelling/maths test & P.E.

Homework journals will be collected on a Wednesday!

During the Spring term our topic is ‘Cymru am Byth’… and we will be celebrating not just our local area but all things Welsh! The children have contributed to the planning of the topic and of course to their homework tasks and we look forward to getting stuck in!

Last term our topic was ‘All the World’s a Stage’ a topic based on the work of the fabulous William Shakespeare.

A wonderful piece of homework –  can you guess where it is?

As part of the Shakespeare Schools Festival and our topic ‘All the World’s a Stage’, year 5  performed Romeo and Juliet in the Taliesin theatre on  November 17th, we all had an excellent time and did the school proud! Thank you for those who came and supported us on the night, the audience was brilliant!

Warming up before the big night!
