Well – Being for All!

Ambitious, enterprising, ethical and healthy, these are four words that summarise the purpose of every school’s curriculum, for every child in Wales. Wales’ new curriculum 2022 states that good health and well-being are important to enable successful learning.

What’s all this well – being about??

Your well-being is the most important thing you will ever have! Well – being includes both your physical AND your mental health. Just like we look after our bodies by execising, we need to look after our brain and mental well – being too!
